We do not have the physical resources to return phone calls for product information. If you have a question please send an email. We will respond as quickly as possible- normally within 10-30 minutes.
Yes, we can ship quickly, but keep in mind there is an additional charge. Please see the shipping page for an idea of cost. We will ship Fed EX the same night but you must indicate this on your Order form. Calling will delay your orders shipping time, as we receive many 300 emails per day. Call returns are terribly difficult. We will not call you to confirm orders or totals. All responses are sent via email.
3. You will receive a auto responder immediately-- advising that your order has been received. You will also receive an Order confirmation. This will be emailed within 24-36 hours. Your order total (including shipping/ handling) and shipping date will be included. Please make certain that all information is complete (Address/credit card info)-errors increase shipping time. Please check your email during this period just in case we have to notify you of a credit card denial , out of stock etc.

5. Orders Under $18.00 will be assessed a $3.50 service Charge.
6. Express/Next Day orders must be received by 1:30 pm EST to be shipped same day.

8. Returns are subject to a $3.50 Restocking Fee and must be authorized-Please email if dissatisfied for any reason.
9. We are not responsible for possible Shipping delays on Priority Mail-Please order early as possible.
