You will receive a auto responder immediately-- advising that your order has been received. You will also receive an Order confirmation via email. This will be emailed within 24 hours. Your order total (including shipping/ handling) and shipping date will be included. Please make certain that all information is complete (Address/credit card info)-errors /questions increase shipping time. Please check your email during this period just in case we have to notify you of a credit card denial , out of stock etc. Do not forget your email address.

Orders under $15.00 will be assessed a $3.00 Service Charge in addition to Shipping and Handling Charges, $15.00 in Merchandise~~ Before Shipping and Handling>
Orders are processed within 3-5 days and shipped USPS Priority mail, (delivery time is 2-3 days) after being processed. Your order will not be processed unless it is final- please make certain item numbers etc are correct. Errors will cause processing delays. Your order will not be processed faster than the normal processing days unless Express shipping is selected.

We will add a $10.00 surcharge for Express Shipping, this fee is in ADDITION to Express shipping charges, handling and possible small order fees. This fee applies to any Express shipping service (Next day, 2 day and 3 day service.)
This could add up to be $27.75 and more in addition to order total.
To choose Express shipping please write directly on Order Form-(anywhere). Express/Next Day orders must be received by 12:30 pm EST to be shipped same day- please add a date when the items are needed.
Orders will not be processed Express-without the date needed.
